We customize sponge rubber products to precisely fit the component for your application. Our fabrication capabilities include skiving/splitting of closed cell and open cell sponge, foam and other select materials. We offer our materials with or without pressure-sensitive adhesives.
CGR Products can skive material to sheets or continuous rolls from 25′ to 250′ in length depending on the material’s thickness. CGR Products also has the ability to split and laminate materials in-house, which enables greater flexibility in stocking raw materials and quicker turnaround on sample and production orders.

CGR Products can skive/split raw material up to 56″ wide and 5″ thick, allowing materials to be split down to .062″ thick with tolerances of .030″ on most materials and .015″ on materials with a firmer durometer.
CGR offers lamination, slit to width, sheeting and die cutting for all of your materials needs. CGR Products also offers a large variety of closed cell sponge rubber, sponge stripping, closed cell sponge with pressure sensitive adhesive, closed cell sponge with PSA, adhesive backed sponge and sponge with sticky back for your individual needs.
