CGR fabricates cut products of all shapes and sizes utilizing different cutting methods. We provide a wide variety of non-metallic materials, either plain or with adhesive, all uniquely designed for your specific application. These products can be supplied in continuous rolls, sheet form, or individual parts.
Water Jet Cutting
Water jet cutting is an ideal choice for samples, prototypes, and quick-turn jobs. Using a high pressure stream of water to cut, this method offers excellent material yield and the ability to cut materials that are impossible to cut with a die.

Utilizing a CAD operating system, our water jet equipment has a rapid changeover time and allows for easy dimensional changes to parts.
Rotary Die Cutting
Rotary die cutting is a high speed method of cutting which is very cost effective on high volume orders. This process is superior in holding tight tolerances and offers multiple operations in a single pass. Rotary die cutting is an excellent method of producing “kiss cut” parts.
Flatbed Die Cutting
Flatbed die cutting is ideal for “kiss cut” parts (cut parts with adhesive supplied on a roll). This method allows for easy hole removal from parts and quick change over times to increase production efficiency. Tool and die costs are often lower with flatbed die cutting.
Saw Cutting
Saw cutting involves using a machine with a serrated blade (a blade with the cutting edge dentated or toothed) to prepare flexible material for the fabrication process or to fabricate finished parts.
