CGR Products offers kiss cutting gaskets and seals as a part of our die cutting process.
Kiss cutting is a high speed, cost effective method of cutting precision gaskets and custom parts on high volume orders. It is superior in holding tight tolerances and offers multiple operations, such as laminating, slitting, and cutting during the process. This method is an excellent way of producing adhesive backed cut parts.
Kiss cutting is performed by cutting through the part down to, but not through, the release liner. The parts will be supplied on a roll or pad for easy “peel and stick” application.
