Thermal Laminating

Our thermal lamination products are bonded at temperatures up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with high run speeds. This process is ideal for materials like polyurethane foam, improving handling characteristics and sound attenuation. We use heated drums or platens to ensure a strong, permanent bond.

Film Barrier Laminating

CGR Products offers film barrier laminations that can be applied to a variety of materials. This process creates a protective layer, enhancing durability, moisture resistance, and other critical properties for your components.

Hot Roll Laminating

Utilizing custom-built hot roll laminators, we can bond multiple types of substrates up to 84 inches wide. This is well-suited for materials like carpet, textiles, nonwovens, foams, films, and plastics, often used with glue web lamination for reactivatable adhesives.

Rotary Laminating

For high-volume applications, our rotary lamination process handles materials up to 16 inches wide, including 3M VHB, copper foils, and Mylar. We can often laminate and cut parts in a single pass, reducing costs and increasing responsiveness.
